Don't miss out on this opportunity to help design and run programs specifically for your age group.

What is TAB?

The Fort McMurray Public Library wants to do more for teens in the community. We don't want to create programs and services that you won't enjoy, so come down to the library, check out TAB and have your say!

TAB is now part of Adult Services and will undergo evaluation to determine if the program is meeting teen needs.

TAB is a volunteer council of young adults between the ages of 13 and 18. TAB will help the library decide what young adults in Fort McMurray would like to see at the public library.

TAB will meet at least once a month and may provide you the opportunity to gain volunteer experience, meet new people, suggest ideas for programs and events and take part in them, and enjoy some light snacks and beverages. TAB meetings now occur on the second floor of thel ibrary in the YA section.

If you would like to participate in TAB, please come to the library on the specified TAB meeting date. Dates will be listed one month prior on the library Events calendar.
