Would you like to be the first person to read the latest book by your favourite adult or children's writer?

Adopt a Book and sponsor an upcoming bestseller or a favourite classic. For a $25 adoption fee, Fort McMurray Public Library will put a donation plate inside the book recognizing your donation and you will be the first person to read the book, and receive an extended loan period.

Adopting a book is a great way to commemorate your love for the library and reading. Adopt a book in your name or the name of a loved one.

Charitable donation receipts will be issued for adopted books.
